The band feature original Monochrome Set members Bid (guitar/vocals) and Andy Warren (bass) with Athen Ayren on keyboards and Stephen Gilchrist on drums. \nThe Monochrome Set formed in 1978\, and were heavily influential in the post-punk scene that evolved after the initial scorched earth of punk. The band’s early releases were on the legendary Rough Trade Label before signing with Virgin offshoot Din Disc. They also released several albums on the Cherry Red label\, making a notable appearance on that labels’ well known “Pillows and Prayers” compilation. \nThough The Monochrome Set split in 1985 the next decade saw several reunions for both live gigs and further studio recordings. After a hiatus of over a decade the band reformed full time in 2010 and have since toured all over the UK\, Europe\, Japan and the USA\, whilst also releasing eight\, new\, critically acclaimed\, studio albums. \nNow in their 48th year\, they are beginning a new series of gigs promoting their new album and playing songs from throughout that time. \nCANDYMOUSE\nEver wondered what the love child of 80’s indie also-rans Mousefolk and the Candy Darlings would sound like? DESCRIPTION:The band features original Monochrome Set members Bid (guitar/vocals) and Andy Warren (bass)\, with Dave Morgan (drums)\, Athen Ayren (keyboard) and the return of “Foz” on guitar. \nThe Monochrome Set formed in 1978\, and were heavily influential in the post-punk scene that evolved after the initial scorched earth of punk. \nThe band’s early releases were on the legendary Rough Trade Label before signing with Virgin offshoot Din Disc. They also released several albums on the Cherry Red label\, making a notable appearance on that labels’ well known “Pillows and Prayers” compilation. \nThough The Monochrome Set split in 1985 the next decade saw several reunions for both live gigs and further studio recordings. After a hiatus of over a decade the band reformed full time in 2010 and have since toured all over the UK\, Europe\, Japan and the USA\, whilst also releasing eight new\, critically acclaimed\, studio albums. \nNow in their 48th year\, they are beginning a new series of gigs promoting their new album and playing songs from throughout that time.

DESCRIPTION:Formed in Leicester\, in 1985 the Gaye Bykers on Acid came to fame with our first independent release “Everythang’s Groovy” which reached the UK indie top 10. The Bykers followed our initial success with the “Nosedive Karma EP”\, which topped the independent charts. The band were one of the first to fuse rocking riffs with Hip Hop beats and along with Pop Will Eat Itself became a part of the “Grebo” movement and in turn became front page news. \nCurrent line-up includes two Adam Ant band alma mater: Will Crewdson (AKA Billy boy Byker) on guitar and Joe Holweger (AKA Baxter Byker) on drums\, along with original members Robber and Mary Byker.

His last two albums\, ‘Pop Up Jim Bob’ and ‘Who Do We Hate Today’ were both top forty smashes\, his ‘Beach Ready Ep’ was Number 1 in both the Vinyl and Physical sales Singles charts\, and when his manager Marc heard his latest album ‘Thanks For Reaching Out’\, he sent Jim this message ‘I bet this is how Tony Defries felt when Bowie sent him Ziggy Stardust’. Jim Bob has called the album the third in a trilogy. That seems to suggest something new will follow it. DESCRIPTION:David Ryder Prangley first met Will Crewdson in 1994 after moving from Dinas Powys in South Wales to London in search of musicians to bring to life an imaginary band called RACHEL STAMP. \nInstantly hitting it off over a shared love of artists such as Redd Kross\, The Nymphs\, Prince and Warren Zevon and filmmakers such as Lindsay Anderson\, Russ Mayer and Kathryn Bigelow\, the duo quickly hit the UK music scene (joined by synth player Shaheena Dax and drummer Robin Guy) with their unique and colourful brand of androgynous Glam Punk\, releasing the albums HYMNS FOR STRANGE CHILDREN\, STAMPAX and OCEANS OF VENUS and securing a following that would see them become the first unsigned band to sell out London’s legendary Astoria Theatre. \nIn 2024 Will and David decided to take things back to their roots and started performing stripped down versions of RACHEL STAMP’s varied catalogue as a duo with David on vocals and acoustic guitar and Will on electric guitar and backing vocals. Their first show quickly sold out leading to more UK dates are being added.
